A warm welcome with challenges
Despite the hurdles, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, offering helpful local insights and maintaining a cheerful demeanor throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently close to the Metro, making exploration easy.
I faced issues with room cleanliness and inconsistent service. The bathroom facilities were quite basic, and the lack of daily cleaning was noticeable. I found the bed too firm for comfort.

The breakfast options were decent, offering multiple coffee selections that made kicking off the day a bit more enjoyable. The soundproof rooms did a solid job of keeping the outside noise at bay, allowing for a restful night after a long day of exploring.
I found some aspects a bit lacking. The absence of a kettle or glasses in the rooms was a letdown, making it frustrating when craving a late-night drink. the space in the triple room felt cramped, and the lighting could definitely use some work—it was pretty dark. A luggage rack would have been a welcome addition, too. Lastly, after-hours reception can leave you in a bit of a bind, as there's not always someone around if you need assistance.
